Truly dedicated coffee enthusiasts can be immersed in an entire coffee experience around those magical little beans during our daily coffee tour. You will leave with as much understanding and passion as our guides and the people working on the Ocaso Coffee Farm. This will allow you to understand your cup of coffee in a whole new light.

This tour will take place at Finca El Ocaso, a lovely traditional farm. This tour offers a comprehensive introduction to the process of growing Colombian coffee. A truly immersive coffee experience in the Colombian coffee region is more than just taking a tour. We cater to dedicated coffee enthusiasts that want to learn everything about the best coffee in the world.

On our Classic Coffee Tour, our experts guide you through the cycle of gourmet coffee. Begin in our nursery and follow the beans, starting with their growth all the way through the cycle, to the careful collection and selection of the finest beans. Learn how Colombia's unique climate and diverse landscapes provide perfect growing conditions for gourmet coffee beans.

SHARED TOUR: With this tour, you will have an authentic coffee experience guided by experts. You will know the extensive process that requires the production of real coffee, just as our grandparents did on their farms. Dare to have a real immersion in the coffee culture and live the process of growing a special coffee, from the sowing of the seed, until it is served in the cup.

INCLUDES: Walking through our double shade plantations, picking up coffee cherries, planting coffee seedlings. Tour to the sustainable fertilizing processes such as composting and bio-digesting. Getting to know coffee roasting and its importance. Cupping our traditional “Salento” Coffee.

Condiciones

OPEN EVERY DAY - (reservation at least 48 hours before)

• Depending on availability. The entry of firearms, liquors, food and drinks is not allowed. The entrance to the park of people under the effect of hallucinogenic substances or intoxicated state is not allowed. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The passport and ticket office of the activities are only valid for the day of admission. We recommend you to schedule 2 to 3 hours to enjoy your trip, remember to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. We are not responsible for the loss of the passport, nor for climatic changes that prevent the provision of the service, or that leave any activity out of operation.

You have to be at the starting point, 10 minutes before the reserved time.

Important:

The Tour reserves the right to charge the full experience even if the passengers shorten the experience.

If the reservation is not presented, or the number of people decreases, or on the site you wish to do another activity a No Show of 100% of the value of the reservation will be charged.

Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure reasons, civil commotions, natural effects, etc. No amount will be refunded as a result of such interruptions or cancellations.

The service will not be provided on January 1 of every year. In case of having another partial closure, notice will be given 20 days in advance, if there are reservations for the closure dates, we will re-arrange the client on another date and in case of not being accepted. We will make the 100% refund of the reservation.

We are committed to the prevention of the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors: the person who directs, organizes or promotes tourist activities that include the sexual use of minors is punished. The person will be in priso for four (4) eight (8) years and in administrative sanctions. (Law 679 of 2001, law 1098 of 2006, law 1336 of 2009). Care of cultural heritage: we oppose the commercialization and illegal trafficking of local, regional, national and international cultural goods.
