Interesante

Estoy muy interesado en explorar el famoso parque del cafe y ancioso por conocer ese lugar ya que mis amigos me lo han recomendado varias veces espero realizar ese viaje muy pronto en mi jornada vacacional

The cancellation of individual reservations must be requested by email at least 72 hours (in high season) before the arrival of the guest, otherwise the value of the first night of accommodation will be charged. For low season the minimum term will be 48 hours before the arrival of the guest, otherwise the value of the first night of accommodation will be charged.

CANCEL 50% 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE AND 50% REMAINING 2 DAYS BEFORE PROVIDING THE SERVICE.

Check in and Check out policy: the check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and the check out time is at 1:00 p.m. Early check in / Late check out will be granted according to the occupation of the day in which it is required with previous request of the company. If the Late Check out is not informed and authorized in the reception of the hotel, it will have an additional charge of 50% of the rate.

No show policy: The number of confirmed rooms will be billed, therefore No Show will be charged for non-fulfillment in the number of confirmed reservations and 100% of the value of the first night will be canceled.
